Let’s start at The Old Inn.

The Old Inn Holt is a beautiful pub set in the countryside down south…

The Old Inn Holt approached Smarter WiFi to get them up and running with a Social WiFi system (what is Social WiFi? Click here).

Smarter WiFi got The Old Inn Holt up and running within 2 days and now when their customers want to use the free WiFi, they don’t need to go hunting around for the infamous blackboard with a WiFi password, nor do they need to ask any team members for the password. The Customers simply click the network ‘Old Inn Holt Free WiFi’.

The customer chooses their login method, either Facebook, a simple form, Twitter or their Instagram account, and then they can use the internet as they would normally. Phew, that was easy wasn’t it…

Now the great part…

24 hours after they leave the Old Inn Holt they get an email from TripAdvisor asking them to leave a review (yes we work with TripAdvisor directly!).

The customer chooses whether to leave a review or not…
